General Website Structure:

  • Page Title
    • Text that is going to be used.
      • Put reference to images in bold parenthesis. i.e.  (insert here “picture1.jpg”)
      • Do NOT insert images directly in this document. Organize all your pictures in a folder.
      • Put links to other pages in bold parenthesis. i.e. (link here to “Contact Us”)
    • Any additional instructions.

      • Brief welcome to your website.
        • Remember to mention your company name, products and services.
        • Any additional instructions.
    • About Us
      • Describe your company:
        • Who are you?
        • What do you do?
        • What makes you different?
        • What is your history?
        • What is your experience?
        • What are your goals?
        • What type of clients you work with?
        • Where are you located?
        • Try to provide pictures of you, your offices, or special equipment.
    • Products / Services
      • Give detailed information about your products or services:
        • Provide simple and objective facts about your products or services.
        • Organize products or services into subcategories.
        • Try to avoid any confusion; make everything clear.
        • It is recommended to include product prices.
        • It is strongly recommended to use high quality pictures.
    • Photo Galleries
      • Photos of your work, equipment or facilities:
        • Organize photos into subcategories by putting them in separated folders.
        • Try to use high quality images.
    • Contact Us
      • Provide contact information:
        • Mailing address, Phone, Email, etc.
